These Terms and Conditions govern your use of iKamva Learning’s tutoring services and website (ikamvalearning.co.za). By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

iKamva Learning provides live online tutoring in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, and Mathematics Literacy for Grade 10–12 learners, aligned to the CAPS curriculum.

2. Enrollment and payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
  • Monthly plans (Starter, Growth, One-on-one) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time — see our Refund Policy for details
  • The Term package is a once-off payment covering a fixed 3-month period
  • Prices are listed in South African Rand and may change with notice; changes do not affect already-active billing periods

3. Classes and content

  • Live classes are scheduled according to the CAPS term calendar and communicated in advance
  • Some class content may be delivered or supplemented via video hosted on YouTube. iKamva Learning is not responsible for YouTube’s platform availability, ads, or any other content YouTube may display outside of our own videos
  • All original teaching materials, worksheets, and video content remain the intellectual property of iKamva Learning and may not be redistributed or resold without permission

4. Acceptable use

Learners and account holders agree to use our services respectfully and not to share account access, recordings, or materials outside their own household without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

While we’re committed to quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or exam results, as these depend on many factors outside our control. iKamva Learning’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
