Refund Policy

1. Monthly plans
Applies to Single Subject (R200/month), Two-Subject Combo (R350/month), and Triple Combo (R500/month) plans.
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- If you cancel partway through a billing month, we refund the value of any sessions in that month you have not yet attended, less a 10% administration fee. Sessions already attended are non-refundable
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll investigate
2. One-on-One sessions
One-on-One tutoring (R200/session) is billed per session. Any prepaid sessions not yet delivered are refunded in full on request, with no administration fee. Sessions already attended are non-refundable.
3. Exam Crunch (Grade 12 revision program)
Exam Crunch is a once-off payment covering a fixed set of revision sessions ahead of the NSC exams: Maths (R300, 10 sessions), Physical Sciences (R350, 12 sessions), or Both (R550, 22 sessions).
- If you cancel before the program starts, you’ll receive a full refund
- If you cancel after sessions have begun, your refund is calculated pro-rata based on the sessions you have not yet attended, less a 10% administration fee
- No refunds are given for a subject once that subject’s NSC exam has been written, as the remaining sessions would no longer serve their exam-preparation purpose
4. Free trial sessions
Free trial sessions carry no charge and therefore no refund is applicable. Free trials remain available for all grades outside of Exam Crunch.
5. How to request a refund
Email admin@ikamvalearning.co.za with your name, the plan you’re enrolled in, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
